SSDT has mature development capability of hot forming parts, including stamping process design, forming analysis, fluid calculation, heat transfer and other CAE simulation analysis, manufacturing and try-out ability of hot forming parts such as equal thickness plate, flexible rolled plate, laser tailor welded plate, patch plate and segmented strengthening. Our main products include: A-pillar, B-pillar, ski rail, door beam, front bumper, roof beam, A-pillar lower plate, front rail, heel baffle, central tunnel etc..

With the deepening of lightweight technology and the continuous improvement of vehicle safety requirements, SSDT has the world's leading processing equipment, independently developed two hot forming die try-out production lines, equipped with DEES press machine and multi-layer box type heating furnace, roller hearth heating furnace and automatic feeding robot, and has the design and manufacturing capacity of 100 hor forming dies every year.
